We provide industry expertise, invaluable referrals, and tools that will allow you to check off your to-do list while feeling like you haven't lifted a finger. For the full year, we will be on the journey with you, helping every step of the way. We will also take care of everything on the big day, so all you will have to worry about is how low your champagne glass is getting.

Full Planning Services Include:

• Design and color theme built around your vision

• Venue referrals, site visits, selection, and booking

• Vendor selection, booking, and management

• Wedding website, invitations, and RSVP tracking

PARTIAL PLANNING

Already have a venue and vendors in mind but are worried about getting the best deal?  Our 'Partial Planning' service is for couples who have a game plan in mind and want to be hands-on. Our job will be to give you peace of mind knowing that you're getting the best value and services from your vendors. You will be in control the whole way, while we act as your support system; providing you with guidance, helpful tips, planning logistics, and budget management. On the day of your wedding, you will pass the reins on to us so you can soak in all your hard work while we worry about the small stuff.

Partial Planning Services Include:

• Support in the areas you need the most help​

• Vendor recommendation, selection, and booking

• Attending final meetings with vendors and venue

• Contract reviews

• Finalizing all details and logistics

• Everything included in 'Month-Of' Coordination.

MONTH-OF COORDINATION

You've done all the heavy lifting, but as your wedding approaches, you feel a million little things begin to creep up. Rather than unraveling, let us step in to help you relax after all of your hard work. This is the time for you to focus on what is important; you are getting married to the person you love!  Starting from eight weeks out up until the day of your wedding itself, we will help take care of all the final tasks you have to check off your list. When the day has arrived, we will ensure that everything is in line and running smoothly so you can be in the moment to celebrate your special day.

Month-Of Coordination Includes:

• Vendor confirmation and contract reviews

• Final details meeting with the venue, and onsite visit

• Creation and distribution of detailed day-of timeline

• Set-up and styling of ceremony and reception

• Rehearsal dinners

• Day-of management of timeline, vendors, wedding party, and guests

• Bridal and groom support

DESIGN

Feel like you have a vision for your wedding design but no idea how to bring it all together? All the inspiration, but no direction? Our 'Design' service allows you to bring forward all your options so we can openly discuss your vision and create a full design plan perfect for you and your special day. For those who are lacking creativity or prefer an alternative route, you can choose from our beautiful pre-designed decor packages. Once your design package is put in place and a budget is set, we will assist in everything from stationery to flowers to coordinating rentals, deliveries, set-ups, and takedowns. We will be your fairy god-parents, bringing everything you dreamed of together while you enjoy your magic moment. 

Design Services Include:

• Custom design and full theme development

• Budget and contract management

• Design-based vendor recommendation and booking

• Coordination of deliveries (flowers, linens, etc.)

• Set-up, takedown, and removal of decorations
